この街は、再開発で変わろうとしている。でも、変わらない。どんなに高いビルや変った建物を建てても異世界のまま存在し続ける。むしろ、変った建物は、西新宿の街に違和感なくあり続け、高層ビルの狭間でホームレスが規則正しく生活をしている。一見綺麗に見える歩道もゴミが点在し、それが日常ですけど、何か？と言っているような、摩訶不思議タウン西新宿。

This city is about to change with redevelopment. But it never changes. No matter how tall or strange buildings are built, the city of Nishi-Shinjuku will continue to exist as it is in another world.
